At The Parched Blooms, each floral creation is thoughtfully handcrafted using carefully selected dried and preserved flowers sourced both locally and internationally. As such, all products, floral materials, decorative elements, and add-ons are subject to availability.

Occasionally, certain flower varieties, colors, or materials may become unavailable due to seasonal changes, supplier limitations, or sourcing constraints. In these instances, The Parched Blooms reserves the right to substitute unavailable materials with alternatives of equal or greater value while preserving the overall aesthetic, design concept, and quality of the arrangement.

We gladly accommodate same-day and rush orders, subject to material availability and production capacity.

As every arrangement is individually handcrafted using natural preserved and dried flowers, no two floral pieces will ever be exactly alike. Slight variations in flower shape, color tones, textures, arrangement style, and overall appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted floral artistry and contribute to the uniqueness and beauty of each creation.

All customization requests are subject to material availability and design feasibility. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity, materials, and level of customization required.

Many of our signature designs are also available in a variety of color options at no additional cost. Our team will be delighted to assist you in exploring the available variations and creating a floral piece that best suits your preferences.

Please note that slight fading, color variations, shedding, and natural aging may occur over time. These are normal characteristics of dried and preserved flowers and contribute to the evolving beauty of your floral keepsake. Such changes are not considered product defects.

By placing an order with The Parched Blooms, clients acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics, variations, and aging process of dried and preserved floral creations. We appreciate your understanding and trust in the handcrafted nature of our work, allowing us to create timeless floral pieces designed to be cherished long after the occasion has passed.

We currently accept payments through the following channels:

• GCash
• Maya
• BPI Bank Transfer

A minimum 50% down payment is required to confirm and reserve all orders. The remaining balance must be settled prior to or upon pickup or dispatch of your order.

Please note:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional rates, quotations, and reservations are valid only within the specified period provided.
• Reservation fees and down payments are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Subject to approval, paid amounts may be transferred to another The Parched Blooms product or service within a reasonable period.

We appreciate your understanding and support, as each floral piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and materials are carefully sourced and reserved specifically for your order.

The Parched Blooms operates primarily as an online floral atelier based in Pasig City and Trece Martires, Cavite.

Pickup

Clients may arrange pickup based on the schedule confirmed with our team. To ensure a smooth and timely experience, we kindly request that orders be collected within the agreed pickup window.

Courier Delivery

Clients may book their preferred courier service, including but not limited to:

• Lalamove
• Grab Express
• Other third-party courier services

Delivery assistance may also be available for selected orders, subject to availability.

Please note:

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Once an order has been handed over to the designated courier or recipient, The Parched Blooms shall not be held liable for delays, damages, mishandling, or losses incurred during transit by third-party courier services.
• Delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, traffic situations, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders, redelivery requests, waiting time, or changes to delivery arrangements.
• To ensure the safe transport of your floral arrangement, we highly recommend booking a vehicle size appropriate for your order.

We take great care in preparing each floral piece for transit and will gladly assist in coordinating the best delivery arrangement whenever possible.

Due to the nature and value of Blooms & Cash Bouquets, we highly encourage clients to arrange personal pickup to ensure the accuracy, safety, and proper verification of the bills included in the arrangement.

Should the client opt for delivery through a third-party courier service, please note the following:

The client assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or mishandling of the cash component once the order has been handed over to the courier.

The Parched Blooms shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or discrepancies involving the cash amount during transit.

To ensure discretion and security, all Blooms & Cash Bouquets will be wrapped with an additional opaque protective covering during transport.

For security purposes, clients are strongly advised not to declare the arrangement as a money bouquet or disclose the amount of cash contained within the bouquet to the courier service.

Clients are encouraged to personally verify the cash amount and arrangement details upon pickup or receipt of the order.

We take utmost care in preparing every Blooms & Cash Bouquet and prioritize the privacy, security, and satisfaction of our clients throughout the process.

At The Parched Blooms, every floral piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared specifically for each client. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following policies.

Order Revisions

We understand that plans and preferences may change. Requests for modifications or revisions should be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to approval based on the production status of your order.

Once production has commenced, certain modifications may no longer be possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature, complexity, and extent of the requested changes.

Cancellations

• Reservation fees and down payments are strictly non-refundable, as materials, production schedules, and resources are reserved specifically for each order.
• Customized, personalized, wedding, and event orders are non-cancellable once materials have been sourced or production has begun.
• Cancellation requests made prior to production may be considered for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and any costs already incurred for materials, labor, and preparation.

We appreciate your understanding, as each creation is carefully planned and crafted exclusively for you.

Wedding & Event Services

For wedding florals, Bloom Bar services, and large-scale event bookings, the following policies apply:

• Reservation fees and down payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Date changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
• Final guest counts, floral requirements, and event details must be confirmed within the agreed timeline to ensure timely preparation and execution.
• Due to seasonal availability and supplier limitations, The Parched Blooms reserves the right to substitute floral varieties, colors, or materials while preserving the overall agreed aesthetic, design concept, and quality standards.
• Additional charges may apply for revisions or changes requested after the final confirmation date.

Our goal is always to deliver a floral experience that remains faithful to the agreed vision while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Force Majeure

While we strive to fulfill every order and commitment as planned, The Parched Blooms shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, damages, or inability to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Transportation disruptions
• Public emergencies
• Power outages
• Supplier shortages or delays
• Labor strikes
• Other unforeseen events or circumstances

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with our clients promptly and provide suitable alternatives, rescheduling options, or adjustments whenever possible.
